Everyone loves a driving new vehicle, but it’s the process that needs help. My name is Lisa Bernstein, General Manager of Lexus RiverCenter and I am re-defining the vehicle purchase process here at Lexus RiverCenter. If we were all given the option—most of us would chose to create our own “perfect buying experience.” I’m confident that for most women this would include a comfortable environment, working with a knowledgeable salesperson who will respect our time and listens to our needs, but most importantly—get straightforward answers to our questions so we can make educated decisions without undue pressure. For me, this would complete the “perfect car buying experience”. This is why I have created a “perfect buying experience” here at Lexus RiverCenter, and a dealership where purchasing a vehicle is enjoyable for all-- but especially for women, every time! This is my promise to you.
When you arrive at our dealership you will find that our dealership has been designed with you in mind, the female car buyer. I take great pride in our trained female friendly Sales and Service Associates (men and women). I am also very excited about our luxurious “Event Lounge” featuring complimentary Starbucks Coffee along with our very own Chef Goodman who will prepare and serve complimentary lunches for all of our clients every other Wednesday. There's Kelly, our very own professional Masseuse, every other Friday (please see “Event Calendar for details”). Our beautifully designed boutique offers everything from Tea Forte to luxurious Olive Soaps from around the world. We also offer organic spa robes and throws for children as well as adults. We have, for your convenience, holiday cards that you can write while you’re here and use our post office to make sure they get there on time. Your time while you wait for your vehicle to be cleaned or serviced will be filled with wonderful aromas and tastes from Chef Goodman, relief from stress with our Masseuse and time well spent with new products from around the globe in our Boutique. If you would like to just relax and surf the web, you can do so at your very own private desk. If you need anything while you are visiting us, just ask.
